My name is Amalia, and I am the heart and soul behind this cozy little home-based bakery located in Edmonton. From the moment I could reach the countertops, I found myself experimenting with different flavors and creating delicious recipes for my family to try. As I got older, my love for baking continued to grow, and after completing the Baking and Pastry Arts program at NAIT, I knew that my destiny was to share my love for baking and turn my passion into a profession.
